Thanks to its patented multi-layer composite TPB Lux , TPB tech Domestic is not only iconic, but also extremely reliable: a worktop that combines aesthetics, technology and performance.
The TPB Lux material is a multilayer composite of porcelain ceramic, aluminium and PMMA.
The surface is a 6mm porcelain ceramic and provides all the positive properties of this material (it is not porous and is therefore antibacterial, absolutely scratch- resistant, easy to clean and can also be used as cutting surface ).
The aluminium layer under the porcelain ceramic serves as a heat conductor and therefore acts as a heat sink that prevents in a secure manner a thermal shock.
The PMMA acrylic core provides impact resistance and integrates the lighting system.
The fourth layer of aluminium provides flexibility, durability and precise flatness. It is used for the mechanical fastening of induction components.
